Technical Consultant

About Moveworks

Moveworks is an Enterprise AI platform for employee support across all departments. It offers an AI assistant that integrates with all applications in a company and helps employees to find information, take actions, and receive notifications via a single chatbot.

As a Technical Consultant, you will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform through on-the-job training and work closely with international colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers
Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform
Utilize your software development skills to enhance our product portfolio

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or similar areas

Excellent back-end software development experience in Python

Experience with APIs and integrations

Excellent written and communication skills

Good technical documentation skills

Additional Benefits :

Develop expertise in AI technologies and terminologies

Enhance your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Development experience on at least one cloud platform

Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms

Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company
