Job descriptionB.E. or Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical Experience in development of PLC and HMI / SCADA projects. Expertise development of TIA & S7 Siemens Software's OR Allen Bradleys Control Logix platform. Know-How and experience on Intouch Wonderware platform is preferred Know-How and experience on Schneider / Rexroth Motion codesys platform is preferred. Vast experience in development of PLC Automation software's. Knowledge of C programming will be an added advantage. Domain of Packaging Machines or Special Purpose Machines in Pharmaceutical domain will be preferred. Expected Experience : 3-5+ Years in Industrial automation
JOB PURPOSE (GENERAL NATURE / OVERVIEW)
Industrial Automation Programmer for Development, Deployment, Testing on Pharmaceutical Packaging Machines softwares as per Syntegon Germany standards.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination with Center of Competence for project requirement, planning and execution.
- Development of software as per Center of competence requirements and implementation of new applications on machines.
- Software validation and testing using set protocols.
- Development of new blocks PLC / HMI / SCADA software for existing / new machines software.
- Understanding the functionality of existing PLC and HMI / SCADA software's and implementing into new platforms.
- Preparation, validation and maintenance of software design and functional documentation as per project requirement.
