Reporting to : Senior Director / AVP

Work Location : Bangalore (Surya Wave) EC First Phase

Working Hours / Days : 9 Hours / 5 Days a Week - WFO

Shift : Bangalore (Surya Wave) EC First Phase

Mandatory : Ideal candidature would be 14-18+ YEARS OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH MIN 10+ years’ experience in in behavioral and leadership training. Well versed as a development practitioner with the idea & experience in coaching, mentoring, and delivering talent development projects to fulfil business needs through metrics based environment. A Training professional who can connect the dots between Business & Training Need Analysis with an outcome in mind.

Goals, Objectives, Role & Responsibility ( Capability Development as a Role )

  • Develops, supports, and drives strategic objectives of the CAPABILITY TEAM management on behalf of multiple business units and in alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Forms effective partnerships with various work groups, business unit leadership, and corporate support functions to understand and address GEO-specific CAPABILITY TEAM requirements.
  • Ensures development and execution GEO and site-level long-term CAPABILITY TEAM goals and objectives.
  • Develops, communicates, and continuously assesses position requirements for direct reports; coaches’ colleagues to improve individual and team performance against established metrics.
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs (Behavioral and Leadership) for target audience
  • Drive leadership and talent development in Shared Services across organization through effective governance and resource management
  • Works effectively within a team-based environment and maintains good internal and external client relationships.
  • Prepare, implement, track, and do gap analysis & CAPA of all training related metrics including budgets
  • Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events to ensure that operations are managed effectively within authorized budgets
  • Help improve and build the OD culture and vision in all processes within the Business and deploy strategic people development plans
  • Serve as an effective business partner, supporting the development, implementation, and delivery of Learning Solutions
  • Design learning strategies to fill needs as identified through analysis and in partnership with Operations and the Process Leadership Team through training, coaching and OD projects.
  • Help team members to set SMART Goals / KPIs, provide weekly performance feedback, mentor & coach team members for enhanced performance, support them with needed developmental inputs
  • Coach / mentor and upskill the team to ensure that they can provide excellent training and OD interventions
  • Ensure development of the second level of leadership
  • Contribute and drive key organizational initiatives
  • Develop / Deploy evaluation and validation instruments to collate and interpret data, assessing operation training needs and training program effectiveness
  • Implement Performance management tools and techniques
  • Identify skill and knowledge requirements for Processes through TNIs
  • Actively pursue self-improvement opportunities through on the job processes
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews in the process

Critical Skill Components

Knowledge Management :

  • Deep knowledge of Adult Learning principles, techniques to engage participants in the virtual and F2F environment, coaching and project management
  • Good understanding of business & its functionalities in general and service industry
  • In-depth Knowledge of Leadership Development & Behavioral Concepts
  • Deep Instructional design knowledge to design and develop content using Articulate and other content development tools
  • Excellent analytical skill and knowledge of related tools will be preferred
  • Knowledge of LMS, learning tools and virtual collaboration tools essential
  • Knowledge in Psychometric Assessments
  • Primary Skills :

  • Excellent facilitation, coaching (both in the virtual and F2F environment) and organizational development skills targeted towards employees across levels.
  • Proven client relationship and consulting skills
  • Strong analytical skill with the ability to generate, analyze and present data in a meaningful way
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and expert in leading teams across locations
  • Proven ability to analyze client needs and agree on client specifications for learning content / materials
  • Knowledge of LMS, learning tools and virtual collaboration tools essential
  • Ability to handle and deliver many and diverse projects and tasks including partnering with external entities (as required)
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Independently interact with leaders across functions to design and deliver solution
  • 14+ years proven success as an internal / external trainer in behavioral / managerial training and development practitioner with experience in coaching, mentoring, and delivering talent development projects to fulfil business needs.
  • Understanding of training processes and practices for adult learners. Need to have a proven track record of handling teams.
  • Experience in benchmarking HRD best practices
  • Deep understanding of the Healthcare BPM specially Provider Business will be preferred
  • Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Exposure to Process Training is preferred
  • Work experience of 14+ years; 5+ years’ experience in leadership capacity; 10+ year experience in behavioral and leadership training with metrics based environment.
