Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead who is not just a manager but a strong executor

— someone who writes production-grade code, drives delivery, and mentors the

engineering team. You will work closely with the CTO to define and implement the

product roadmap, own end-to-end system design, and ensure the team builds high-

quality, scalable software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of SaaS modules

with a focus on performance, scalability, and security

maintainable technical solutions

o Backend : either Python (Django, DRF) OR Node.Js (Express, API

integrations)

o Frontend : React (modern hooks, reusable components), Angular (for

legacy systems & feature updates)

o Cloud / DevOps : AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC)

and security
