Position : Civil Tendering for Substation

Location : Chennai

Experience : 4–10 years in civil estimation / design of Substation Indian projects

Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

IMPORTANT- Pls highlight your experience in pre-bid & post-bid process, preparation of tender submissions, bidding process , reviewing tender documents, BOQs, and drawings, and preparing accurate quantity take-offs.

We are seeking a skilled Civil Tendering Engineer of knowledge of civil and structural to prepare / checking of the BOQ estimates and cost estimates for civil works for substation.

The role includes to read technical specifications of the project, knowledge of pre-bid & post-bid process, preparation of tender submissions, bidding process , reviewing tender documents, BOQs, and drawings, and preparing accurate quantity take-offs. Having knowledge on technical indices FOR BUILDINGS, tower and subsation structures.

Desirable attributes :

• Proficiency in EXCEL for estimation
• Coordinate with engineering,contracts and client for technical / commercial inputs.
• Experience in EPC, item-rate, and turnkey tenders is preferred.
• Strong analytical, costing, and communication skills are a must.
