We’re Hiring : Application Lead – SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience : 5+ years

Minimum 15 years of full-time education

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Lead and mentor the SAP PM team, ensuring delivery excellence

Design, build, and configure SAP PM applications aligned with business goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

Troubleshoot issues and provide strategic, scalable solutions

Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI / CO)

Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality

Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance

Strong understanding of preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes

Experience with SAP PM application design, configuration, and development

Integration knowledge with other SAP modules

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies
