Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Biomedical Signal Processing Scientist based in the Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The responsibilities include developing and applying advanced signal processing algorithms to analyze biomedical data, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and validate new methodologies, and contributing to the enhancement of wearable health monitoring technologies. The position also involves interpreting complex datasets, conducting research, and generating insights to support product innovation in healthcare analytics.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Biomedical Signal Processing and proficiency in analyzing signals such as EEG, ECG, or other physiological signals
Experience with programming languages and tools such as MATLAB, Python, or R for algorithm development and data analysis
Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis, filtering techniques, and feature extraction methods relevant to biomedical data
Familiarity with machine learning and AI applications used in biomedical contexts
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams including engineers, clinicians, and data scientists
A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering, Signal Processing, Medical Physics, or related disciplines
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation in health technology
Experience working with wearable devices, medical data, or healthcare-focused R&D is a plus
