Inviting applications for the role of Wellness Coordinator Senior Associate Trust & Safety
The Wellbeing Coordinator supports the mental health and resilience of Trust & Safety teams by coordinating wellness sessions and psychoeducational initiatives while regularly engaging with employees to assess and respond to wellbeing needs. This role also manages counselor scheduling reporting compliance and audit readiness ensuring seamless program delivery and data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Employee Engagement & Support
Engage directly with employees through regular floor walks and interactions to understand their well-being needs and challenges. Coordinate wellness check-ins group sessions and 1 : 1 coaching to provide timely emotional support and promote psychological safety.
2. Scheduling & Coordination
Manage the preparation and sharing of counselor rosters ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. Coordinate group workshops ad-hoc sessions and collaborate with FLMs and SPOCs for smooth session scheduling and participation.
3. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports with key wellness metrics diversity usage and psychological health trends for leadership reviews. Maintain accurate internal trackers and documentation to support data-driven decision-making and audit readiness.
4. Communication & Awareness
Develop and distribute engaging wellness content including psychoeducational mailers monthly calendars and quarterly newsletters. Conduct wellbeing orientations for new hires to raise awareness of available mental health resources and foster a culture of care.
5. Compliance & Audit
Ensure all wellness activities meet internal compliance data privacy and audit standards in collaboration with risk and global teams. Maintain audit-ready documentation and proactively address any compliance gaps.
6. Counsellor Management
Support onboarding and offboarding of wellness counselors ensuring operational readiness and integration into team workflows. Monitor their shift adherence gather performance feedback and ensure accurate timesheet reporting for vendor alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in psychology or related field.
Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Excel Google docs PowerPoint and internal reporting tools.
Preferred Experience :
Minimum years in a wellbeing or support role in a Trust & Safety or content moderation environment.
Familiarity with trauma-informed care crisis response or mental health support.
This job will require working onsite in a 24 / 7 schedule with alternating shift
