We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
PFB roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible to Prepare & Drive the Quality Management System (QMS) and make sure that it is aligned with the Organizations Quality standards and industry best practices.
- Plan, implement and enforce regular Quality checks, Audits of Data, Organizational policies and Documents etc. to ensure the best Quality standards.
- Prepare, maintain and Present Audit reports with recommendations for corrective actions and plan.
- Coordination with all internal teams / departments & Management to drive Quality Culture across Organization.
- Coordinate and Leads the Internal & External Audits to make sure that there are no Deviations, findings of audit are well captured and develop the mitigation plan in coordination with Operations team.
- Monitor and assess customer feedback and complaints related to Quality and supporting operations team in meeting Customers Expectations.
