Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Customer Relationship Manager, based in Nashik. The incumbent will ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include
- ERP System Handling
- Data entry into ERP
- Managing O&M team of on-field engineers
- Submitting monthly / weekly reports and dashboards
- Customer handling
