Job description

We are hiring for a high-growth clean-tech & automation solutions company. The role is perfect for professionals with solar sector exposure who can drive business development while understanding the technical nuances of solar inspection and Development & Sales :

  • Drive B2B sales for solar inspection and solar panel cleaning solutions
  • Engage with solar power plants, large farms, and solar cell manufacturers to identify opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and technical teams
  • Present tailored solutions and convert leads into successful closures

Technical Understanding & Consulting :

  • For Solar Panel Inspection : Work with clients in solar power generation to audit productivity and analyze energy output
  • For Solar Panel Cleaning : Engage with O&M stakeholders to showcase the impact of panel cleaning on performance
  • Translate client pain points into customized solutions with measurable ROI
  • Operational Excellence :

  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, Excel-based reporting, and MOM (minutes of meeting) documentation
  • Track daily activities, pipeline progress, and sales performance
  • Travel as needed to client locations for business development and relationship building
  • Skills Required :

  • 3-10 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in solar energy, automation, or clean-tech sectors
  • Exposure to solar farms, solar cell manufacturing, O&M, or solar auditing companies
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats
  • Willingness to travel for client engagement and business closures
