Oracle Database Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with 4 to 6 years of experience in managing and maintaining Oracle databases in production and development environments. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, backup / recovery, and high availability solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c) in standalone and clustered environments.
• Perform database administration tasks , including monitoring, tuning, patching, backup, and recovery.
• Implement and manage RMAN backup & recovery , Data Guard , and Flashback technologies.
• Monitor system health and performance, ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Perform performance tuning of SQL queries, PL / SQL procedures, and instance-level configurations.
• Create and maintain database documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Support development teams in query optimization, schema design, and capacity planning.
• Configure and manage Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) or other monitoring tools.
• Implement and maintain database security , including roles, privileges, auditing, and encryption.
• Provide on-call support , including incident resolution and root cause analysis for database-related issues.
