What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Commercial Insights :
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of sales performance frameworks and commercial strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Translate complex sales data into actionable intelligence and strategic insights to inform leadership decision-making and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, predictive models, and KPIs to monitor sales health, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and overall commercial effectiveness.
Sales Operations Excellence :
Oversee India Sales Operations hygiene and rigor, ensuring robust data governance and seamless execution of sales processes.Champion the continuous improvement of CRM data quality, pipeline management, and territory design to maximize sales productivity.Lead initiatives to automate reporting and streamline sales processes leveraging advanced analytics and technology tools.Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution :
Drive analytics-led GTM planning including customer segmentation, account potential calibration, territory alignment, and sales target setting.Collaborate with Business Units and Commercial teams to align sales execution with broader business strategies and market dynamics.Provide leadership and mentorship to the Commercial Excellence and Sales Operations teams.Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
Partner closely with global, regional, and local commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.Influence and drive change across matrixed and culturally diverse teams by building strong relationships and consensus.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on commercial performance and operational risks.Master Data & Analytics Governance :
Own the integrity and management of key commercial data assets, including Customer Master Data, ensuring continuous data quality improvements.Establish and enforce data governance standards and controls to support reliable decision-making and compliance.What We're Looking For
Experience :
8+ years in sales operations, commercial excellence, or sales analytics roles, preferably in complex B2B environments.Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.Educational Background :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or related quantitative fields.An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.Technical Skills :
Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and advanced data analytics techniques.Hands-on experience with automation tools is a plus.Business Acumen :
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data insights into impactful business strategies.Experience supporting revenue growth through strategic sales enablement.Communication :
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment.Personal Attributes :
