About the Role

As a Wealth Relationship Manager , we are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused professional from the Private Wealth industry with 10+ years of experience. The role’s primary objective is to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients by offering tailored investment solutions across Financial Products. You will be responsible for understanding clients’ financial goals, designing customized portfolios, and ensuring superior client servicing. By maintaining high standards of compliance, building long-term trust, and staying updated on market trends, you will help clients make informed investment decisions that optimize returns—while contributing to the continued growth and reputation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new client relationships (UHNI / HNIs, family offices, corporates) through multiple channels, including existing client referrals, cold calling, and other client engagement initiatives.
  • Overall new AUM growth in line with the objective laid down by the company.
  • Managing individual revenue budget.
  • Advise clients on portfolio construction by offering a range of investment solutions across asset classes.
  • Prepare and interpret client-specific information, including investment performance reports, financial summaries, and income projections, while proactively rebalancing portfolios to align with desired asset allocation.
  • Should be on top of current affairs, market developments and should always keep abreast with market knowledge and market intelligence.
  • Continuously monitor and review client portfolios, leveraging timely analysis of market trends and dynamics.
  • Ensure clients have regular access to relevant research material and market insights.
  • Service and support existing clients in collaboration with the client servicing team.
  • Customize investment pitches and advisory solutions in line with client requirements.
  • Advise clients on their investments, manage their overall financial portfolio, and increase share of wallet from existing relationships.
  • Should be proficient with knowledge of capital markets as well as third party products such as MF, PMS, Insurance etc. Proven ability to build deep, long-term client relationships with a strong track record of client retention.

Requirements

Education & Certifications : -

MBA (Finance), CA, or relevant postgraduate degree from a reputed institute.

Knowledge of Financial products & Capital markets is essential.

Experience : - 10+ years

This role requires an individual with strong relationship-building skills, extensive knowledge of wealth management products and services, and the ability to offer personalized investment strategies and solutions. Key Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective HNI clients. Regularly meet clients to understand their financial goals, objectives, and risk tolerance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement and timely follow-ups. Financial Advisory & Planning : Provide bespoke financial planning and advisory services to HNI clients, including investment, estate planning, tax strategies, and retirement planning. Advise clients on a wide range of wealth management products including equities, fixed income, alternative investments, mutual funds, insurance, and more. Regularly review and assess client portfolios, providing tailored investment strategies to align with their evolving financial goals. Investment & Portfolio Management : Monitor and analyze clients' portfolios to ensure they align with their financial objectives. Recommend appropriate investment opportunities and adjustments based on market trends, economic factors, and individual preferences. Collaborate with internal teams (research, trading, product specialists) to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions. Business Development & Acquisition : Identify new business opportunities within the HNI segment through networking, referrals, and other channels. Proactively seek to expand the client base while maintaining existing relationships. Organize and attend client events, seminars, and webinars to promote wealth management products and services. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as Investment Research, Private Banking, Estate Planning, and Risk Management to deliver comprehensive solutions. Collaborate with senior management to ensure the business unit achieves revenue and growth targets. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all client transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Understand and adhere to the compliance, risk, and audit protocols related to wealth management products. Identify potential risks in client portfolios and take appropriate action to mitigate those risks. Market Analysis & Reporting : Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and global economic factors affecting wealth management. Provide clients with regular updates on market conditions, portfolio performance, and new financial products. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients on portfolio performance and proposed changes. Requirements
