Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate E-Learning Developer (Adobe Captivate) to join our digital learning and innovation team in Chennai.

This role involves developing interactive, high-quality eLearning modules that bring complex concepts to life for global academic and industry learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SCORM / xAPI-compliant interactive learning modules using Adobe Captivate.
  • Collaborate with academic and design teams to convert raw content into engaging learning experiences.
  • Integrate multimedia elements (audio, video, animations, and graphics) aligned with learning outcomes.
  • Test and optimize modules for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance on NexSphere’s LMS.
  • Maintain consistency with NexSphere’s global learning design and sustainability standards.

Ideal Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience as an eLearning developer or instructional designer.
  • Strong command of Adobe Captivate;

    • familiarity with Articulate, Storyline, or Rise is a plus.

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles, SCORM / xAPI formats, and LMS workflows.
  • Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail.
  • Based in Chennai, with ability to work on-site or hybrid.

    • Compensation & Growth

    INR 25,000 – 30,000 per month, depending on experience and skillset.

    Opportunity to grow within NexSphere’s Digital Learning and Creative Innovation Division.

    Exposure to international academic collaborations and WHO-aligned projects.
