What Youll Do (and Own)

  • Craft Target Lists : Turn market data into ICP-rich, hand-curated prospect lists that actually make sense.
  • Run High-Intent Outreach : Across email, LinkedIn, and phone, with messaging thats crisp, contextual, feels human and not another ChatGpts response copy pasted.
  • Qualify the Right Prospects : Dive deep into prospect pain-points, needs, and readiness.

  • Drive PQO SQO : Partner closely with AEs to move good-fit prospects into the pipeline and ensure hand-offs feel like magic.
  • Use Tools Like a Pro : Automate workflows using sales enablement tools.
  • Save time.

    Scale smartly.

  • Hit (and Beat) Targets : Consistently aim to exceed your quotas on meetings booked and opps qualified.
  • Own CRM Hygiene : Keep Salesforce squeaky clean with accurate logs, follow-ups, and notes.
  • Test, Learn, Repeat : Treat prospecting like an experiment - A / B your messages, try new sequences, share learnings.
  • Level-Up Continuously : Learn from peers, leaders, and competitors.

  • Curious about markets, patterns, and GTM motion, especially in Southeast Asia
  • Naturally persistent and thrive on hitting clear goals
  • Strong at relationship-building and verbal + written communication
  • Fast on your feet, coachable, and not afraid to try (and fail)
  • Tech-savvy and structured in your approach to prospecting
  • You Must Have :

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales / business development
  • A track record of success in outbound prospecting, especially in enterprise or regulated industries
  • Prior experience working with or selling to BFSI clients
  • Exposure to the SEA market, especially Philippines and Indonesia (or strong readiness to ramp up fast)
  • Strong understanding of CRMs and outreach tools like Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.
  • A hustler mindset and the willingness to go deep on ICPs, buyer journeys, and messaging
  • Ability to work from our Bangalore office (relocation supported)
