Job Title : Associate – Application Specialist

Location : Noida

Work Mode : Work From Office

Shift : Monday to Friday | 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 30 PM

Role Overview :

The Associate – Application Specialist will manage learner applications and coordinate across teams to ensure smooth processing, timely tuition / deposit fee follow-ups, and accurate MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end learner applications and document verification for university submissions.
• Conduct rigorous follow-ups with learners for deposit and tuition fee payments.
• Coordinate with internal and university teams for offer letter and payment updates.
• Maintain accurate MIS tracking and ensure timely updates on CRM and trackers.
• Ensure 100% compliance with process SLAs and intake timelines.
