Job description

Working closely with the US based HR & Admin team to involve primarily in data management and admin support tasks the following :

  • Training & Development : Assess training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Data Management : Maintain accurate employee master data for HR records.
  • Reporting : Prepare presentations and monthly reports using Advanced Excel .
  • Compliance : Manage CPE Certificate approvals for the team.
  • Leadership Support : Lead tasks assigned by managers and department heads.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with process heads to understand requirements and develop effective HR strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years in HR Administration.
  • Confidentiality : Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Skills :
  • Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Workday HRIS .
  • Education : Degree, MBA, or equivalent in Human Resources.
