Chief Financial Strategist

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company.

• The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, or a related field and be comfortable building the finance function from scratch for a scaling business.
• The role requires strong analytical skills to develop and maintain financial models supporting strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• A strong leader with excellent communication skills is required to manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and execute all financial operations like payroll processing, vendor payouts, and collections.
• Oversee and ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements, including tax and regulatory matters.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Past experience working in accounting or a related field is an added plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
