Analytical mindset and ability to turn numbers into winning strategies are essential.

The successful candidate will also mentor and coach junior team members, sharing best practices, and developing career plans.

Stay updated on industry trends, ad tech innovations, and platform changes, implementing proactively in campaigns.

Qualifications include 4–6+ years of experience in paid digital advertising and a track record of scaling ad campaigns with mid-to-large budgets internationally.

A solid grasp of Ads Manager, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models is required.

The role requires strategic thinking, leadership potential, and the ability to operate autonomously.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management are necessary.

Bonus : experience with eCommerce, marketing automation tools, or programmatic platforms is an advantage.
