Job Responsibilities -

• End-to-end recruitment : Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
• Technical understanding : Apply a strong understanding of technical roles, keywords, and the IT landscape to accurately match candidates to job requirements.
• Candidate sourcing : Proactively source candidates using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Stakeholder collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
