Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing : Assist in using job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening : Support in reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Interview Coordination : Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Job Posting : Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Candidate Engagement : Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Database Management : Update and maintain candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Recruitment Research : Stay informed about industry trends and assist in identifying areas for process improvement.
