Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Agent located in Chennai. The Delivery Agent will be responsible for picking up items from Zepto's delivery hubs and delivering them to customers' doorsteps within 10 minutes. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining excellent customer service, and adhering to safety and traffic regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift and transport packages
• Strong knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods in Chennai
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adhere to safety and traffic regulations
• Valid driving license and experience in delivery services
• Basic smartphone and app navigation skills
