As a seniorlevel Business Applications Engineer Level IV you will lead the design development integration and optimization of enterprise business systems that support operations content supply chain and media workflows This role demands deep technical expertise crossfunctional collaboration and leadership in scaling and enhancing missioncritical business platforms

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable business application solutions

Lead technical architecture integrations APIs middleware and system enhancements across platforms like mediaspecific business tools

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions

Guide junior engineers and serve as a technical escalation point

Perform data modeling workflow automation scripting and configuration

Ensure system security compliance and performance tuning

Oversee testing deployment and change management processes

Document system architecture processes and best practices

Design develop and implement Oracle EBS applications

Customize and configure Oracle EBS modules Financials SCM HRMS etc

Work on integrations and system migrations

Develop Reports Forms Workflows Apex and OAF customizations

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Gather analyze business requirements and perform FitGap analysis

Explain business requirements to other project team members

Provide Root Cause Analysis and recommended resolutions

Communicate effectively with all levels of business users technical teams and management

Provide strong support for Oracle EBS modules INV PO OMAP AR GL

Strong understanding of business processes in finance HR or media operations

Excellent problemsolving architecture and documentation skills

Media Entertainment industry experience eg broadcast scheduling licensing rights management tools

Agile ITIL or PMP certification
