About Position :
We are seeking a Senior backend Software Engineer to join our world-class Database Engineering organization. This team is responsible for the development and maintenance of a suite of industry-leading database performance monitoring and related applications. These products improve the quality of life for database professionals by providing best-in-class performance monitoring and productivity solutions, across multiple database platforms, whether in the cloud or on-prem. This position will be ideal for you if you enjoy building enterprise solutions that are architected for high scale, reliability, security, and performance, are adept at developing upon requirements through delivery to impact customers on a global scale and are also able to upskill the engineering organization by example. You should be excited to work with multiple tech stacks, solving complicated problems on multiple products and platforms. In this role you will technically lead the development of our existing industry leading solutions, and help define the future of our database capabilities on our new Full Stack Observability SaaS platform.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings deep technical expertise across multiple layers of development.A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of industry experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years.Strong hands-on experience in :Go (APIs, business logic, agents)Kafka for event-driven architectureMySQL for storage and data managementDistributed systems and microservices architectureProven ability to independently design, develop, and deliver complex features across frontend and backend layers.A problem-solving mindset—able to take ownership from definition to successful completion.Familiarity with DevOps principles is a plus.Benefits :
