About the Role
We’re seeking a Total Rewards & HR Operations Leader to design, enhance, and deliver equitable compensation, benefits, and people-operations programs for a fast-growing IT Services business. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our HR infrastructure scales effectively while fostering a workplace where every team member can thrive.
You will partner closely with People Leaders, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership to deliver fair, data-informed systems that strengthen our ability to attract, engage, and retain high-performing, diverse talent.
What You’ll Do
Total Rewards Strategy & Delivery
- Develop and maintain a competitive, inclusive, and market-aligned global compensation framework.
- Lead annual compensation cycles (salary reviews, merit cycles, bonus programs) using data-driven methodologies and transparent communication.
- Manage salary benchmarking, job leveling, and career architecture aligned with Data & Analytics job families.
- Evaluate and enhance benefits programs that support employee wellbeing and choice across diverse needs and life stages.
- Partner with Finance to build cost models and forecast compensation program impacts.
HR Operations & People Systems
Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle—onboarding, HRIS management, data integrity, reporting, and compliance.Drive continual improvements in HR processes using automation, analytics, and best-practice workflows.Ensure HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar) enable accurate data, seamless user experiences, and meaningful talent insights.Develop and track HR metrics (turnover, compensation equity, workforce analytics) to guide leadership decisions.Compliance, Governance & Employee Experience
Maintain compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal controls across regions.Lead internal audits and support external audits related to HR, payroll, and compensation governance.Partner with DEI leadership to embed inclusive practices in reward structures, benefits offerings, and HR operations.Serve as a trusted advisor to managers by guiding equitable compensation decisions and transparent communication.What You Bring
Good experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Operations, or People Analytics—preferably within IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Data / AI organizations .Experience managing compensation cycles, benchmarking, job leveling, and benefits administration.Strong analytical and modeling skills with a data-driven approach to equitable decision-making.Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR process optimization.Ability to communicate complex reward concepts clearly, inclusively, and with empathy.A commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and accessible workplace .Why Join Us?
