Role Overview The Performance Marketing Manager will drive EduMont’s customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. This role requires strong analytical ability, hands-on campaign execution, and the ability to optimize paid marketing efforts for courses like US CPA ,US CMA, EA and others. You will help build a scalable and predictable growth engine for EduMont.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and YouTube.
- Build structured TOFU–MOFU–BOFU funnels to improve visibility into CPL, CAC, and conversion quality.
- Maintain platform-wise campaign structure ensuring uniformity in targeting, audience segmentation, and product workflows.
2. Campaign Optimization & Analytics
Conduct weekly analysis to extract business, user, and campaign insights.Optimize campaigns using data-driven decisions to improve CPL, CAC, and ROAS.Maintain a paid marketing optimisation calendar and ensure actionable improvements are implemented.3. Budget Ownership
Manage platform budgets and track CAC, ROAS, and product-wise performance.Ensure efficient budget allocation based on performance metrics and business priorities.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Creative, Product, Counsellor, and Analytics teams to execute data-backed campaigns.Maintain and execute the annual marketing calendar in collaboration with Brand & Content teams.5. Partnerships & Growth Initiatives
Identify and manage digital partnerships in line with EduMont’s goals.Track partner performance, optimize regularly, and ensure ROI-positive outcomes.6. Reporting & Insights
Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Managers, and dashboards.Present performance updates and insights to senior management regularly.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.4-5 years of experience in performance marketing.Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Display advertising.Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and Excel.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.If you think you have all these, hurry and send your profile at hrteam@edumontclasses.com or Call at +919821003784 .
