You'll be our first dedicated TPM - a chance to build processes, define standards, and shape how we deliver products to Fortune 500 clients.
What You'll Do Product Delivery & Execution (40%)
Own the End-to-End Delivery :
- Lead cross-functional programs from concept to launch for AI-powered features
- Create detailed project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate between ML engineers, backend developers, frontend teams, and designers
- Track progress using project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion)
- Ensure product releases meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Manage product roadmap execution and prioritize feature development
Drive Agile Execution :
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesRemove blockers that slow down engineering teamsMaintain sprint velocity and burn-down chartsEnsure alignment between technical execution and business objectivesManage scope creep and change requests effectivelyStakeholder Management & Communication (25%)
Be the Communication Hub :
Conduct weekly status meetings with leadership and provide executive updatesTranslate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders (sales, marketing, clients)Manage client expectations and communicate delivery timelinesPrepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate with sales and customer success teams for product demos and onboardingBuild Relationships :
Work closely with Product Managers to understand feature requirementsPartner with Engineering Leads to understand technical constraints and trade-offsCollaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testingInterface with Marketing for product launches and positioningEngage with customers to gather feedback and understand pain pointsProgram Planning & Strategy (20%)

Bridge Technical and Business :
