We're hiring a sharp, hands-on Growth Intern for our portfolio company Atherna.

About the Company

Atherna is building the AI for lawyers. Built along side Supreme Court advocates and partners at India's top law firms, Atherna helps lawyers cut through the noise, automate chronologies, build arguments, generate court-ready drafts and win cases faster. We are moving fast, and we are looking for a high-energy Growth Intern to work directly with the founder to build our customer acquisition engine from the ground up.

The Role

This is not a "make slides and fetch coffee" internship. You will be operating at the intersection of Sales, Content Marketing, and AI.

Your mission is simple : get maximum number of lawyers in India to try Atherna. You will implement a multi-channel growth strategy involving outbound prospecting, inbound authority building, and strategic content. You will test, iterate, and eventually build the playbook that powers our sales team.

What You'll Do

1. Outbound Growth

• Prospecting : Identify high-potential litigation lawyers and firms using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, legal directories, and creative research methods.
• Campaign Management : Execute founder-led outreach campaigns. You will draft hyper-personalized emails and DMs that sound human, relevant, and compelling—never spammy.
• Optimization : A / B test subject lines (e.g., efficiency vs. accuracy angles) and value propositions to see what actually books meetings.
