Key Responsibilities :
Content Planning & Publishing :
- Plan and schedule posts across platforms : Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Threads, and Pinterest
- Write engaging copy, captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions aligned with brand tone
- Collaborate with the design / content team to produce visuals, reels, stories, and videos
- Ensure brand consistency in content and messaging
Community Management :
Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and mentions; respond promptly and professionallyEngage with followers to grow community and improve brand loyaltyTrack trending topics and viral content relevant to the industry or brandAnalytics & Reporting :
Track key metrics : engagement rate, reach, impressions, followers, click-throughsUse tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Google Analytics, Buffer, or HootsuiteShare weekly / monthly performance reports with insights and suggestionsCampaign Support :
Assist in executing paid and organic campaignsCollaborate with influencers, bloggers, or brand partners as neededHelp manage giveaways, contests, or product launches on social mediaRequired Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketingSolid understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement tacticsStrong copywriting and storytelling skillsProficiency in using social media tools and basic design software (e.g., Canva)Skills Required
