About the Role
The Client Success – Specialist plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success. This position involves regular client communication, managing social media calendars, coordinating with internal teams, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables align with client goals and brand standards.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Conduct regular client meetings to track progress against objectives
- Collect, document, and manage client requirements efficiently
- Respond promptly to client queries across all communication platforms
- Manage client reviews, approvals, and (where applicable) lead lists
2. Issue Resolution & Escalation
Address client concerns by coordinating with relevant internal teamsCommunicate action plans and progress clearly to clientsEscalate recurring issues (3–4 instances) to the reporting manager for swift resolution3. Social Media Calendar Planning & Management
Develop and manage monthly social media calendars aligned with client objectivesEnsure all deliverables meet the agreed MSA requirementsReview creatives and content to ensure brand consistencyEnsure timely publishing of content across social platformsManage comments and DMs across platforms in a timely mannerPrepare monthly performance reports aligned with predefined goals4. Internal Coordination
Act as the primary internal point of contact for assigned clientsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely deliveryReprioritize tasks and manage timelines in consultation with teams before client communicationRequired Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail and accuracyExceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skillsProactive problem-solving and analytical abilitiesStrong time management and organizational skillsBasic understanding of digital marketing and social media platformsAbility to conceptualize and communicate campaign strategies aligned with client objectivesEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertising agencyHow to Apply
