⭐ Must-Have Skills

Network Routing, Switching, Security (3–8 years)

Network Monitoring Tools : SolarWinds, NetScout (3–8 years)

Strong understanding of network protocols & architectures

Hands-on with monitoring tool configuration & management

Basic scripting (Python / Bash)

Experience resolving complex network issues

🔧 Job Description – Network Monitoring & Observability Engineer

Responsibilities :

Implement & manage network monitoring systems (SolarWinds, NetScout, LiveNX, Prometheus, or equivalent).

Perform in-depth network traffic analysis using packet capture tools & logs.

Develop network observability strategies (telemetry, distributed tracing, log aggregation).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues.

Work with protocols : TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF.

Implement network security : firewalls, IDS / IPS, VPNs.

Document network configurations, monitoring setups & incident resolutions.

BAU Support, Topology Changes, Reporting, Lifecycle & Compliance.
