WHO YOU ARE :
- Has proven full time working experience of 1-3 years in graphic design
- Proficient with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc
- Has a data-driven mindset and a creative heart
- Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- You are opinionated, curious, and a strong problem solver
- Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Collaborate with content\copy and account management teams to turn briefs into visually impactful creatives designs and creatives on assigned brandsCreate functional design solutions that cut across platforms (Social Media, Website, E-mailers, Offline Collaterals, etc)Follow brand guidelines for each client, ensuring consistency across all deliverablesBrainstorm and ideate design creatives with your brand teamsEnsure smooth functioning of design operations on your assigned brandsMost importantly, you will push yourself to deliver qualityLIFE WITH A WOLFPACK :
