We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Manufacturing (MFG) Functional Consultant with extensive R12 expertise to lead the implementation, support, and upgrade activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing modules, with proven experience in delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as an individual contributor in the role of Functional Consultant for Oracle Discrete Manufacturing modules.
- Lead and support implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects in Oracle R12.1.3 and above.
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Analyze and understand global solutions and site-specific delta requirements.
- Configure Oracle Manufacturing modules to meet business needs.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and integration testing for identified business scenarios.
- Facilitate training sessions for core teams and end-users.
- Execute Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Interact with users and management for issue resolution and requirement clarification.
- Prepare functional design documentation and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
- Support incident / problem resolution and assist project team members with critical business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams and help in technical development and customization where necessary.
- Develop innovative, non-linear solutions specific to manufacturing module functionalities.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and training to build internal capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Oracle R12 Discrete Manufacturing modules.Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects in Oracle R12.1.3 or above.Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and project execution is highly desirable.Proven ability to develop end-to-end solutions and conduct system integration.Sound knowledge of module configuration, testing, training, and documentation.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
