Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, configure, and optimize JD Edwards CNC environments for stability, performance, and scalability.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in coordination with functional teams.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot CNC-related issues proactively.
• Maintain environment documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
• Support developers and functional consultants in deployment, testing, and configuration of JDE modules.
• Manage security settings, Object Management Workbench (OMW) projects, and user roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP operations and minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and guidance on JDE CNC best practices.
