Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • LMS Strategy & Architecture
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable LMS solutions using Moodle and SAP SuccessFactors (Good to have exposure in other LMS systems too).
  • Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications for learning systems.
  • Develop integration strategies between LMS and other HR / IT systems (e.g., HRMS, SSO, analytics platforms).
  • Implementation & Administration
  • Lead end-to-end LMS implementation, configuration, optimization and deployment.
  • Oversee ongoing system administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting for applications.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Experience with cloud-based learning ecosystems and mobile learning platforms.
  • Stakeholder & Project Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Partner with L&D and HR teams to enhance learner experience and system adoption.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of LMS administrators and support specialists.
  • Establish best practices, SOPs, and documentation for learning technology management.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the learning technology ecosystem.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports for tracking learning effectiveness and compliance.
  • Leverage analytics to improve engagement and system utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in LMS management, solution design, and implementation.
  • Proven experience as Solution Architect / Implementation Lead for enterprise LMS or HR Tech solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SCORM / xAPI, content integration, APIs, SSO, and data migration.
  • Demonstrated team management, project management, and vendor coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Good to Have :

  • Knowledge of data analytics tools for learning analytics.
  • HR Tech & Integrations - Support implementation and integration of other HR Tech platforms. Evaluate and recommend emerging learning technologies and tools.
