Senior Applications Developer
In this key role, we're seeking a seasoned expert in designing and implementing Cisco contact center applications and IVR call flows. You'll work closely with clients to craft business logic that aligns perfectly with their customer experience needs.
Responsibilities : We're looking for someone who can lead the design of complete contact center solutions for various Cisco products. This includes discussing, developing, and delivering complex self-service IVR applications and contact center call flows.
Preferred Skills : Experience with Webex Contact Center, Customer Voice Portal (CVP), Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE) and Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) is highly desirable. Familiarity with Voice User Interface (VUI) logic for ASR applications and proficiency in diagramming tools like Visio, Matlab, LabView, etc., will be an asset.
Additional Qualifications : Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. The ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment with flexible timelines is also crucial. Knowledge of Google DialogFlow or conversational platforms is a plus.
