Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Basic knowledge of application development and software lifecycle concepts. Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript). Understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL) and version control tools (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, or similar). Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to Agile or ITIL methodologies. Internship or academic project experience in software / application development. Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced IT engineers. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, configuration, and support of enterprise applications.
- Write and maintain efficient, reliable, and secure code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate applications with existing systems.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Document technical processes and application configurations.
- Stay current with software development and IT best practices.
