Responsibilities

- Train and mentor junior support staff as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
1-6 years of experience in customer support or related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).Ability to analyze data and generate reports.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Skills Required
