Domain : Capital Markets / Investment are seeking a Junior Product Owner / Junior Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in capital markets or investment banking. This individual will serve as the bridge between the Product Manager and the delivery team, translating business needs into actionable deliverables and ensuring smooth, timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Product Manager to define requirements and priorities.
Create, refine, and maintain the product backlog aligned with business goals.
Manage Jira boards, track sprint progress, and support agile ceremonies.
Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams for requirement clarity.
Stay updated on capital markets trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory : In-depth knowledge of capital markets or investment banking.

Experience in backlog management and agile methodologies.

Proficiency with Jira or similar agile project management tools.

Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
