Job descriptionMantra Softech Secures U.S. Patent for Groundbreaking Optical Fingerprint Scanner (https : / / bit.ly / 45ow87d) Mantra Softech extends licence for FPC iris technology to expand into new markets (https : / / shorturl.at / ONLXf) Mantra Softech Achieves World’s First Dual IRIS Liveness Certification from iBeta for Its Indigenous IRIS Device – MATISX (https : / / shorturl.at / hSfbs) Create and maintain the product roadmap for consumer smart-home devices Identify and prioritize features in home security, energy automation, and user convenience Drive from concept → PRD → prototype → market launch → iteration Ensure consistent product quality and user delight across hardware, firmware, and app layers Develop multi-platform functionality integrating Matter, Thread, BLE, Zigbee, and Wi‑Fi Enable seamless voice assistant interactions (Alexa, Google, Siri) and third-party integrations Execute user research, beta tests, and VOC (Voice-of-Customer) studies Design product experience with strength in usability, aesthetics, and reliability 3–5 years in Product Management, with ≥2 years in IoT, consumer electronics, or mobile products Proven track record in launching hardware + software products Familiarity with IoT protocols, device ecosystems, and cloud / mobile integration Strong sense of UX, usability, and product-market fit Excellent collaboration with teams across industrial design, engineering, firmware, and QA Exposure to AI-driven rapid prototyping tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI-assisted workflows Experience with Matter or voice assistant integrations Exposure to smart-device ecosystems—security, energy, or AI-driven automation Lead India’s smart home revolution, delivering connected experiences for global homes Build products that seamlessly become part of everyday life—enhancing security, simplifying automation, and delivering true peace of mind.
