Senior Implementation Manager

We’re Hiring – Manager / Sr. Manager, Digital Learning Implementation & Training (K-12 | EdTech Transformation)

Location : Hyderabad (travelling needed for visiting participating campuses)

Department : Central Operations

CTC : ₹18-22 LPA

Are you someone who doesn’t take “we’ll do it later” for an answer? Can you champion a high-stakes digital initiative across hundreds of schools and colleges — not just by planning it, but by making it actually happen ?

We’re looking for a highly driven, persuasive, and persistent professional to lead the on-ground implementation and training of a digital learning platform across one of India’s largest K-12 and junior college networks.

What This Role Demands :

Rollout of our digital learning platform across multiple campuses

Relentless follow-ups with principals, deans, teachers, and administrators to drive real adoption

Designing and delivering powerful training sessions / workshops that build teacher confidence and clarity in using the platform

Finding creative ways to engage stakeholders who may be resistant to change

Simplifying technology for first-time users while keeping power users engaged

Turning verbal assurances into measurable, consistent usage data

Nudging, reasoning, and problem-solving – again and again – to help users experience value from the platform

Constantly re-engaging stakeholders using logic, data, empathy — and persistence

Ensuring the platform becomes part of the daily academic routine , not an optional tool

Lead a team of on-the-ground implementors, we call them Campus Ambassadors

This role sits at the intersection of technology, academic delivery, and change management.

It’s not about designing the product. It’s about ensuring it gets used — daily, deeply, and sustainably.

This is not just about rollouts — it’s about behaviour change.

You’re the catalyst who ensures training leads to transformation.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You :

Have 8–10 years of experience in EdTech implementation, large-scale academic training, or digital transformation

Are a confident facilitator, trainer, and motivator of teachers and admins

Excel at operational follow-through and stakeholder alignment

Are comfortable working in fast-paced environments across multiple zones or campuses

Have led a 15-20 member team

Understand the academic rhythms of K-12 and NEET / JEE-focused systems (preferred but not mandatory)

Location : Hyderabad (with frequent travel to campuses across India)
