At VM 365, we build Custom GTM engines (motion) for B2B Startups. We are a dedicated, AI-fueled GTM team that enables startup founders & growth teams to WIN in their GTM game (Outbound / Inbound / Allbound).

As the Founder , I am looking for a sharp and ambitious individual to work closely with me and my core team.

The Opportunity

This isn't a standard internship. You will not be on the sidelines.

You will be at the core of our and our client-facing GTM operations, working directly with me (the Founder) . You will move beyond theory and get immediate, hands-on experience executing the complex, AI-driven, multi-channel outbound systems that drive real revenue for our clients in SaaS, AI / ML, Cybersecurity, and other industries.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) :

Execute GTM Motions : Deploy and manage daily project-based activities for our diverse client portfolio.

Run Multi-Channel Campaigns : Execute sophisticated Cold Outbound (Email, LinkedIn), Inbound, and Allbound GTM strategies.

Build & Document : Meticulously document all activities, analyze campaign performance, and help engineer the scalable playbooks that form the core of our client deliverables.

Support GTM Operations : Assist our team and me in managing and optimizing workflows.

What You Will Learn (The "Value Prop") :

This role is a masterclass in modern GTM execution. You will gain :

The VM 365 Growth Engine : Master the powerful, end-to-end GTM workflow we build for our clients, right from ICP definition and tech setup to booking qualified meetings.

Advanced GTM Tech Stack : Gain expert-level proficiency in the industry's most in-demand tools. You will live in platforms like Clay , n8n , Instantly / lemlist , Apify, and various data scraping / enrichment tools.

AI Agentic Workflows : Dive into one of the most in-demand skills in tech. You will learn to design, build, and deploy AI agents using cutting-edge platforms like Relevance AI , Activepieces , n8n, CrewAI , and more.

TOFU System Design : Learn to build and manage robust Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) systems that generate a predictable flow of sales-ready leads.

Who We're Looking For (Requirements) :

A Self-Learner : Instead of requiring constant guidance, you're proactive in finding solutions and troubleshooting issues independently with minimal guidance.

Extreme Ownership & Reliability : You take responsibility for your tasks. If you say you'll do something, it gets done with precision and punctuality.

Process-Oriented : You have a natural talent for building, documenting, and optimizing workflows. You enjoy making things more efficient.

Tech-Savvy : You learn new software platforms intuitively and are not afraid to dive into technical tools. (Experience with any of the tools mentioned above is a massive plus).

Excellent Communicator : You know how to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.

Flexible Hours : Max. 20 hours per week, with a required minimum of 3 hours per day to ensure assignment consistency.
