About the Job :

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Product Engineering to lead the strategic direction architecture and execution of our product engineering organization. This role is responsible for driving innovation scaling technology platforms and integrating AI / ML capabilities to deliver intelligent customer-centric products. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation product mindset and proven experience in building high-performing engineering teams.

What will you do :

• Support the execution of the vision and roadmap for the Product Engineering organization ensuring alignment with business goals for high-quality product development and maintenance.
• Contribute to the long-term technology strategy in alignment with business and product goals.
• Collaborate on the product engineering roadmap with Product and Design leadership.
• Architect scalable secure and high-performance platforms using modern cloud-native principles.
• Lead product design governance and ensure consistency usability and technical excellence.
• Champion the integration of AI / ML into product features to drive automation and personalization.
• Partner with Data Science teams to operationalize ML models and ensure responsible AI practices.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Establish and monitor engineering KPIs for velocity quality reliability and cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes tools and infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design Marketing and Customer Success teams.
• Represent engineering in senior leadership forums providing updates on progress and aligning with strategic goals.
• Promote diversity equity and inclusion across the engineering organization.
