Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, document or make recommendations to improve business.
• Working closely with cross functional teams
• Prioritize and execute with specialized team of business analysts driving advanced quality initiatives, lead IT projects moving data quality upstream, and nurture newer team members by providing guidance and support for all Analytics Initiatives

• Experience in HEDIS
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skill
