L2 Counsellor – Study Abroad

Location : Pune

Experience Required :

Minimum 1 Year (End-to-End Overseas Counselling)

Compensation :

6–8 LPA + up to 2 LPA Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

L2 Counsellor

to join our Study Abroad team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end counselling, guiding students through their overseas education journey, and a strong understanding of global education systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle end-to-end student counselling for higher education abroad (UK, USA, Canada, Australia).
  • Assess student profiles and guide them in selecting suitable universities, courses, and countries.
  • Provide detailed information on admission processes, eligibility, visa procedures, and financial planning.
  • Maintain a consultative and student-first approach throughout the counselling process.
  • Achieve enrolment targets through effective follow-ups and pipeline management.
  • Stay updated on changing university policies, country regulations, and course offerings.
    • Requirements :
  • Minimum

1 year of experience

in end-to-end study abroad counselling.

  • Strong

    • country knowledge

    (UK, USA, Canada, Australia).

  • Excellent

    • communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Active, approachable, and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers and maintain student satisfaction.
