Position Overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Tester to join our iGaming certification team. This role involves rigorous testing of games, Random Number Generators (RNG), betting platforms, and other gaming-related systems to ensure they meet regulatory standards and industry compliance requirements. Candidates with experience in code development, programming languages , and source code analysis will have an added advantage in this role. Key Responsibilities Execute functional and compliance tests on iGaming products, including online slots, table games, RNG systems, and betting platforms. Validate game rules, payout rates, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages to ensure fairness and compliance with regulations. Conduct source code analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities, bugs, and non-compliance issues. (Optional – Source Code Tester Skill) Analyze and document test results in clear, concise reports for submission to regulatory bodies and clients. Verify the accuracy of RNG outputs and ensure randomness using statistical testing tools. (Optional –Tester-Mathematician Skill) Ensure tests adhere to regional and international gaming certification standards Participate in automation testing initiatives to streamline testing processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field. Experience in a testing role, ideally in iGaming, software certification, or quality assurance environments. Basic to advanced knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, C#) for analyzing source code. Familiarity with source code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube, Coverity) to identify issues or deviations. (Optional) Understanding of Random Number Generators (RNG) , game mechanics, and statistical validation methods. Ability to write clear and comprehensive test documentation and reports. Preferred Skills Knowledge of iGaming compliance and certification standards (e.g., GLI, ISO / IEC 17025). Experience in testing RTP calculations, volatility analysis , and payout simulations. Familiarity with automation testing tools and performance testing frameworks Ability to identify vulnerabilities in gaming platforms and report findings effectively.
