Customer Support Executive (Email, WhatsApp & Voice)

About the Role :
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver exceptional service across Email, WhatsApp, and Voice . You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with orders, queries, and recommendations while maintaining the premium experience that defines Linen Trail.
Responsibilities :
Manage daily customer communication across Email, WhatsApp, and voice calls.
Resolve order-related queries, exchange / refund requests, and shipping updates.
Drive conversions by helping customers make confident purchase decisions.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth post-purchase experiences.
Maintain CRM hygiene and daily logs of interactions.
Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and Malayalam preferred).
Strong customer empathy and problem-solving attitude.
Prior experience in e-commerce or D2C brand support preferred.
Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Shopify, Zoho or similar CRMs is a plus.
Compensation :
CTC : ₹3,00,000 per annum
Incentives : Performance-based variable pay linked to conversion and satisfaction metrics
