Role Description

This is a full-time remote job role, located in India. Empower (CDS system) project manager will lead the Global Empower 3 deployments across Client Site to a global and validated Empower server.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Empower 3.7.0 deployment projects from initiation to go live of the site

Management of project timelines, risks and ongoing statuses

Site Mapping and Data gathering

Coordination of project related activities with Client resources

Supporting the site with project related implementations such as Custom Fields and Drivers or any other request

Following GxP and Compliance requirements

Matrix management of different organizational resources in business and IT

Qualifications

Great project management skills, experience in project management in Global environment with different time-zones

Familiar with laboratory processes especially with Empower systems

Technical orientation with ability to guide infrastructure teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multicultural teams

Team player, Ambitious and independent

Familiar with GxP requirements
