Job description

Cynoteck is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and accelerate revenue growth across our service portfolio. He / She will be the face of Cynoteck for prospects, translating tech capabilities into business value.

Location : Gurugram

Experience : 2–6 years

Industry : IT Services, CRM, Cloud, Mobile & Web Development

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify leads across global markets (US, Europe, Middle East)
  • Pitch Cynoteck’s services : Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, mobile / web development
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with mid-to-large enterprises
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking forums to generate leads

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in IT services or SaaS sales (2+ years)
  • Strong understanding of CRM, cloud, and custom development solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM & Lead generating Tools
  • Self-driven & target-oriented
